Default Steering stabilizer bolt question

This bolt keeps coming loose any body have a solution to it

Lock-tite should be your first move but if that doesn't work then throw a small tack weld on the end of it.


The bigger question is- "why is it coming loose"?

Yes using an impact to tighten and used thread lock also. Only been doing city driving since tightened

Duck tape maybe? Lol but seriously just use some thread locker and u should be fine.

Thread lock didn't with. I used the red and it still came loose

try slapping on a lock washer either by itself or on top of the washer that I think/looks like is already on there...

You might try installing a new nylon insert locking nut. It's hard to tell from the picture but the nut looks to be a crimped locking nut.

If you used red loctite and it came loose again,you did something wrong.Without heat this stuff is pretty hard to loosen after it dries. Try nylock nut,crush nut or even safety wire it

So this time I used the red lock tight and let it sit for a few hours I'll c how it holds up. I also changed the bolt and the nuts as well
