Default Stripped Bolt While Installing Skids & Minor Leak

I was installing my EVO Skids today and managed to strip out one bolt/nut that goes to the front side of the fuel tank skid. What would you suggest as the best method to resolve this? Obviously the nut is captive. Best to tap the nut or try and find a cutting bolt?

I also got a bit of trans fluid that showed up on one of the trans pan bolts prior to tightening. Any chance that is going to seal back up?

Tap and die on the bolt.

Can you be more specific on the trans leak. Where is it coming from, how much fluid. I can't see why the skids would cause a trans leak.

The trans leak:
The skid I am installing is the EVO. It uses 3/4 of the bolts for the trans pan. I took those bolts out to install the skid. Hand tightened the bolts. When I went to torque the bolts, one had a drip of trans fluid on it. Doesn't appear to be leaking now, but I have not driven it yet either.

Heli-coil, so you can use the same bolts. I got a kit at napa, plus the bit.

Gonna tap and die the bolt/nut.

Looks like on the trans leak I will be pulling the pan and re-sealing this afternoon. A couple of the bolts are damp this morning.
