I've heard nothing but good thinks from
BD from my friends who race their rams for the mopar mafia. They swear by the BD. I'm glad they made a programmer for the jeep! I've never been a fan of superchips just from what I have heard from others on here....

Based on the YouTube videos the buttons are touch-sensitive. The screen does not seem to be, since the manual also only mentions touching the buttons.

I ordered mine. Hopefully will be here soon.

I'm not very confident about Superchips' Vivid since it allows for installing many things on that Archos Android and some bad app could lay havoc on others, including the Jeep tuner. It was another factor that moved me towards BD's dedicated solution.

ETA: BD also offers a 30-day money back warranty.

;-) I already read the manual and went to Autozone to get the "add a circuit" and some extra wires. I'll also call their customer support in advance since they do not mention Windows 7 in the supported OS list. Want to make sure I have everything ready.

Great idea!!! You just saved me a frustrating trip to pepboys for parts mid install. I'll do the same.

And this is why I love this community!! Thanks!!

has anyone posted numbers? Web site says 11.5 hp and 15 lbs torque with regular gas. That seems a lill low to me. Or 15hp & 20lbs with 91 octane.

I've seen multiple threads discussing gears and a programmer as the best performance boost per dollar upgrades you can do.

I 2nd this. I bought the Superchips back in October from quadratec which stated it would work with 2011's. 6months later, I still have a $300 paperweight. WTF is taking so long? If Bulldog comes out with 2011 support first, then I will gladly throw this red plastic piece of junk in the garbage and get it.
