Also check what gear set it thinks you have. The difference between 3.73s and 4.10s would be about the same as well.

 

I just did my install last night and started with the same size I had used with my procal unit and then my Hypertech. That was 34". Using that size on the other two devices was spot on. It appears that I need to adjust the Superchips to 33.5 to fixe my current 1-2 mph difference. I am running 35" Maxxis Bighorns. Not sure why the difference between the Superchips and the other two devices but it does exist for me.

havn't checked what my flashpaq things my gears are but will check that as well.
