I just want to buy the 4-1 gears and install them in my t-case.. is that poss. and if so where can i get the gears.

No, at a minimum you need the sun gear and planetaries as well.

I'm sure you can. You can buy a 4:1 gear swap for almost any transmission. Dana 300 and everything. It wont be a Rock Trac with just a gear conversion but you'll have the low gearing. I haven't researched it myself. JB Conversions has a bunch of info
