I appreciate all the feedback, the box works amazingly well on its own I got it installed this morning. I have the cooler in my parts pile, I ordered it at the same time as the ram so i will definitely be putting it in. I’m going to check on those washers as well. I think the larger res is definitely in order as well and I’ll grab one for when I install the ram. Only issue I had with the install is that I seem to have busted my clock spring so that’s going to have to get taken care of now as well.
When you go to install the larger PSC reservoir you may find that the factory air intake filter assembly won't fit anymore. So you may need to modify or change some of the fittings coming out the bottom of the reservoir or do what I did and get an AFE CAI. I knew I wasn't going to have time to mess with the fittings when I had it done so I ordered the AFE CAI ahead of time just in case the factory stuff wouldn't fit back in. I didn't want to be driving around without an air filter on it. It works but holy hell it is annoyingly loud and I really can't wait to find the time to modify the factory air intake and get it back in.
@chiapeteater thanks I have the K&N set up on it right now but it’s so big that I will have to modify it for sure. I’ll have to look at the unit your talking about and see if it’s worthwhile to switch or even if I can since CA is so hardcore on smog.

And FYI, I still had to grind a bit of the metal flange down near the bottom where it got close to some of the fittings coming out of the bottom of the reservoir.
There is something down near the bottom of the description on the webpage linked above about being 50 state exempt and to see something CARB related.
As for the drilling the box is pretty thick so I’m happy about how deep I could cut threads in the unit. Talk about stress though.
you can see the case is beefy in the pics. I know it’s overkill but this is the third box for me and I don’t want to pull it to drill it later. I used a magnet and grease to trap the shavings and cleaned out the holes repeatedly after tapping. Since the unit was used it was full of fluid and I got lucky that it pushed out of the housing as I was working. I shot several videos of the process and if it works out in the end I will share them. My current box is under warranty so I’m going to exchange it and drill and tap it as well, I’ll keep it for a backup or sell it to someone in my group of wheelers.
