TeraFlex LCA
So I went ahead and installed my LCA's. Pretty simple install. However the arms have two spots for zerk fittings so you are able to grease the arms. The bottom has a small set screw in it and the instructions are quite clear that the zerk's are to be installed and facing up. So followed what the instructions said and finished dialing in my settings and lowered the jeep. Take it out for a ride and come back to check everything and of course both zerks are snapped off. The zerks that were included were bent 90 degree and appears they hit the CA mount. Tried to get the busted part out of the arm with little success. Had to drop the front and used a small screw driver to get it out.
Called TeraFlex customer service and they were aware of the problem. After a quick Google search I see I am definitely not alone on this one. So don't do as I did because it is a major pain. Best solution I could come up with and the tech agreed was to put the set screws in the top and get another pair for the bottom. When you need to grease just drop the bottom set screw pop in the zerk and grease then remove zerk and put the screw back in. I think this method would be better then trying to grease from the top anyway. It looks like a painfully difficult job from the top. Customer service was great and said they'd send out some spare zerks. Might be nice to change the bad instructions. Hopefully this might save someone some time who hasn't installed their LCA's.

its funny that these teraflex arms have been out for 4 years now and they have been told about this problem and they continue to supply their arms in this manner.
besides lacking quality in the recent years, small details like this go a long way.

I've got the same setup with the Teraflex 2.5 inch coil lift. I also found it odd that the zerks
were so close, but to date - they are both intact. I don't look forward to greasing them though.
Just my $.02.

I keep both holes capped, when it's time to grease I remove the lower and screw in a fitting. Pull it back out and cap when done. Little x-tra time, but only have to do it on the front lowers and I have all 8 Tera arms.
