I had the rear jks , changed to the rear Monster. Easier to adjust, no jamnut hitting the spring like the jks. Plus its heavier.
I have a front Monster tb too, never had a jks up front, had a Superlift one that adjusted the same way as a jks, same thing up front, heavier and easier to adjust. jmo.
As far which is best, i can tell you I like the rear monster way better than the jks.

Can't say what's the best, but I installed the Teraflex yesterday. It's stout! I have a lot of Teraflex so I am kinda partial.

Not sure about the Monster, but i went with the JKS front. Haven't installed it yet, still shopping for more lift parts. I had a JKS on my previous XJ with 5 inch lift. It was rolled at high speed and I didn't notice any damage to the tracbar. Good enough reason for me to buy another one.

Got t-boned in my jk, bent the shit outta my jks. So I decided to get the rear TF they just came out with since I needed a new one anyway.
