I went with teraflex discos because of they stow the sway bar so no worries about "stuff" being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Peace of mind... especially when I read of problems like this.

Been eyeing a Rough Country 2.5" lift for a while now but after seeing this thread, going to buy TeraFlex.

Simply for the fact that if something breaks unreasonably on it, they gotcher back.

Has anyone found the "ideal"length for front links?.my 2dr Rubi sits approx 4" higher than stock.had the Teraflex links from 3"kit(too short see attached)now have 12 1/4 links, seem too long(what length are the Teraflex links for 4-6" kits?).Paid good money for my flex and travel do not want to limit it.Is it possible to even use the elec rubi disco with lots of droop without fear of twisted metal?or do I need to just use the mechanical disconnects when I play hard?

Its the nature of the beast. Once they start growing up stings start to happen with no explanation. But i do have to say that is some pretty impressive breaking that you have there. I know i'm going to get criticized for saying this but its true. Things happen with these monsters that no one can explain.

Default How to avoid

Question:

HOW DO JK RUBICON OWNERS WITH TF 3" LIFT KIT AVOID THIS(bend/breaking front links) FROM HAPPENING?

Inquiring minds want to know

While you are answering questions ... My stock tires on stock wheels hit my ASB TF front disconnnects when they are disconnected and on the "stowaway" pin. Its a Rubi. Ideas?
