The 07 thur 11 don't have this skid plate, can the new skid plate be made to fit 07 thur 11 models ?

Probably could with some drilling. However, there are aftermarket evap skids that are much thicker & stronger than the stock skid. If you could get the stock skid for free or really cheap then why not, but IMO if it either costs more than an aftermarket or close to one, then I would rather opt for the aftermarket skid instead or relocate it...
Reviving a dead thread. I have an '11 that didn't have the factory skid but have added the poison spyder skid. Has anyone had problems with an aftermarket skid?
'12 JKU running 35" MT MTZs and Teraflex's 3" kit w/8arms in conjunction with AEV drop brackets up front. obviously I shouldn't have waited to relocate the skid. Here's what procrastination looks like.
Anyone successful finding a replacement boot? I couldn't find anything online.
