This topic is about as clear as mud for me LOL I just ordered a 2" full traction econo lift and am still trying to determine if I need/want wheel spacers. I don't do a ton of offroad but at the same time as I get more into the more I do and it only takes one time for something to happen that may have been preventable by fairly inexpensive part....

spacers will give you more clearance and a little wider stance. makes room for bigger tires on factory rims.

The word "econo" should give you some kinda clue. You could probably replace econo with "incomplete", "cheap", or anything else along those lines. Now, this isn't aimed at one manufacturer specifically. Usually the "econo" stuff is made for LOOKS ONLY and little to no wheeling. You should keep that in mind when choosing a kit. I made a similar mistake and went for something quick but should have saved my money and waited. Now, I have what I should have purchased to begin with, because I DO plan on wheeling my Jeep.
