Thinking about LOD bumper with tire carrier but..
What is the difference between matte black power coat and texture coat black power coat?:dontknow2:

not positive on this or anything but I would assume that the matt black is well.... a matt dull finish that is smooth and that the textured is well.... textured and not smooth.
Hey another Texas JK!! |

Get it bare and have it powdercoated/linex'd locally.

Just my take on it.
If I am correct both finishes are powder coat. I have the textured on order right now. Right or wrong I chose textured thinking if you had to touch it up at some point in time that the texture finish might not show the touch up as much as the smooth finish.

Ive had one on order for five weeks, the web site says two weeks lead time. terrible customer service, im about to ask for a refund!

Some have had 4 to 6 weeks. The texture coat is great. Duplicolor spray on truck bed coating is a perfect match to the texture coat powdercoating if you ever need to touch it up. Their bumpers are great and IMO worth the wait.

I ordered matte black from Dave at northridge last week. He was quoting 2-3 weeks. He also described the texture as "wad up a sheet of aluminum foil. Now unfold it. That is what the texture is like".
