I swapped to the Teraflex ball joint with adjustable preload. Changed them to Synergy after three months.

Synergy ditched the lifetime warranty for a reason. For every person that has a set of Synergy that didn't wear out, there is a person where they did. When I had them, they lasted 5k miles. There are several threads out there on the Synergy wear issue.

If you are going to spend the money, Rare Parts is the way to go. They still have not had one wear out and are the only company where the load is also shared by the top ball joint.

I have Synergy's and I will say that I'm not a fan. Wont be going back with them for the next set. I only have 1k on them as well.

Is there any way to get bigger- better ball joints?
Like inner c swap? I've looked on line and can not find any.

Nearly a grand? Pretty sure they are in the $590 territory. That's not "nearly a grand" and only marginally more expensive than Dynatrac.

I have friends that have committed to changing out their Synergy ball joints on a yearly basis. Having done the project myself, I'll pass on that kind of regular maintenance. So if the Rare Parts ball joints aren't failing like the other options on the market, doesn't that sound like a worthwhile investment?!

Set of 4, $926.99 + tax, you do the math. But closer to a grand than $590.

I don't understand your math.

Includes two upper ball joints and two lower ball joints. $590. I have no idea where you are getting that number.
