Default Tire/electrical question

So I rotated my tires this saterday. And came to notice my rear drivers tire is wabbling slightly. I didn't notice it until tonight coming home. I checked all the lugs and theyre all evenly tightened and I ever did the 5 star pattern when tightening them. What else could cause this wabble? My front axel isn't bent bc the tire came from the from drivers side, and the rear one I put up front didn't wabble before mounting in the front. Could I have possibly threw off a balancer when taking them off?

Also coming home.. Jammin to some pantera my jeep suddenly cut out the music and all my lights on the dash illuminated. This ever happened to anyone as well? First time it's ever done it

Double check the tire, if your not sure take it and have it spin balanced. See if the wheels bent. If it's still doing it after you put it back on you got a bent axle. Your other problem could be your body control module having a brain fart. Also check your battery cables.
