I bought a lifetime alignment policy from goodyear express tire for like $120 when I first got the JK. It was nice to have when dialing in my caster and finding what toe works for me because I would make adjustments and then bring it in to check the numbers. Goodyear would not touch the adjustable arms without an hourly shop rate being charged even though I have the lifetime policy. I am now running 6 degrees of caster from 5 degrees, that one degree difference meant all the difference in any flightiness that I had and tightened up the steering significantly.
I have a 2012 Jeep JKUR on 33inch wildpeak AT3W's and it has a 2.5 Teraflex ST2 Lift. After installing my lift I had the front end aligned by a 4x4 shop and it drives pretty well but does seem to require a lot of steering input when traveling down the road... It is not excessive but I wonder if my toe (or alignment in general) is to blame for the wondering? I have attached a screenshot I took of the alignment results...Any feedback is appreciated. TNX
Rokket, your alignment numbers look good. plenty of caster, toe in and camber look stock to me. Ball joints come to mind if everything else has been evaluated. Might try the shovel under the tire routine, when jacked up to check for any play in upper or lower balljoints. The lower ball joints take all the load so be very watchful of these lower joints. Trac Bar bolts should be checked to make sure they for sure tight. Do you have steering stabilizer installed ? if so, might disconnect and see how it rides.

Thanks XJRefugee, I appreciate the response and the acknowledgement that my alignment number look good...I do have all new ball joints, tie rod, and steering stabilizer. I will check my trac bar bolts and make sure they are tight.
Do you know if the Toe In numbers are within the 1/16 - 1/8 recommended Toe In?
How new are those ball joints? Just referencing your previous comment about the amount of steering input it's taking.....BJs can often take a little time to break-in. Wondering if what your dealing with is new ball joints that are a little tight right now and just need some miles, or if they aren'tthat brand newand this is something else.

Thanks for the reply resharp001, The ball joints are about 6 months old, but I did put more than 5000 miles on them and ran a few trails in MOAB as well. So I would think they are worn in by now... Do you have any insight about the 1/16 -1/8 Toe In? do my numbers put me in that range?
Definitely not tight BJs then....just thought worth inquiring about that. I'm not an alignment expert, but that looks fine to me. I don't think it's the toe. I'm a little curious how your caster is so high, but that is all beside the point and more of a headscratcher than part of the issue. I just wouldn't think those longer lower arms in that kit would get you from ~3.2° caster, where most 2.5" lifts would put you, all the way up to 5.7° caster. XJrefugee asked about steering stabilizer. Has anything changed there recently?
To be honest, I am probably overthinking it....wondering isn't bad and may just simply be a result of adding the lift....I was just looking to see if there was anything in the alignment that needed, or could be tweaked to dial it in perfectly.
Sometimes the bigger tires we run, in your case 33's , will grab into small ruts in the road, or tend to roam over the crown in the road. As far as toe -in goes , I agree with Resharp no worries. There is a math formula for converting degrees to inches but my head started swimming when I tried to use it to see if I could answer your question.

Thanks again XJRefugee. I think you might be right! I also tried the conversion tables too and it made my head hurt too.
