Tpms sensors
I decided to ditch them when I went to 35's. I've been conditioned to manually check the pressure regularly anyway. I never relied on the computer to do it for me. But, for many people it's a valuable tool. In the end, you'll have to decide if the option is valuable and needed. If you do decide to forgo TPMS, you'll of course need a programmer to shut it off.
Broke two of them in one week back in mid-08, been running without ever since. They are expensive to keep replacing, and to me, they are just more hassle than they are worth.
I don't know if it's the same everywhere or not, but the tire store I use says they cannot install tires and wheels on a TPMS equipped car without the TPMS sensors in them. If you use a tire store to mount, balance or rotate your tires you could have problems. Just check into it before eliminating the TPMS sensors.
