Default Tub storage enlargement

I saw this kit on a differant post. Has anyone had any experence with it? It looks like you have to chop the stock tube out and put this there instead. Looks cool, but I'm a little concerned about chop my body up and voiding my paint warrenty. (stealership add on that helped lower my payments). Any advice?

While you're at it, also pick up the steering stabilizer relocation kit.

Does it require moving the muffler? How invasive is the mod?

You have to relocate your stock muffler to under the driver's side with an after market muffler then cut out the existing storage box and replace it with a deeper one.

Man that looks good. plus you get to get to upgrade the muffler. what muffler did you use? and how's the noise with it? i plan on getting the tub rhino-lined(DIY style) and that would help seal the edges. I asume that the stock cover fits over it. I'll have to get on when my eco-stemulous package gets here thanks for the pics.

Yes it fits. But as soon as I get some time I'm going to make my own.
