Default VDP end caps for stock bumper

Has anyone ever put these on their JK? They're plastic end caps that require you to cut the front stock bumper and provide a better look from the front (imo). I'm going to get a full steel bumper eventually, but it might be a few years from now. I was thinking that these would hold me over in the mean time, plus I like the way they look. How hard are they to install? Quadratec didn't post the installation instructions....

Just installed a few weeks ago, very simple. Took 10 minutes. My bumper was pretty faded so the new black on the caps stood out so I bed lined the bumper as well.

Never thought about bed lining the bumper. That's a great idea! Is the bed liner fade resistant?

I've bed lined other grills and parts in the past with no fading. I did the grill about a month ago and so far no fading. Plan on doing the fenders and hinges next. Used the rattle can DuPont Kevlar liner.

Here are my VDP end caps, really easy mod. Your cuts don't have to be precise at all since these go over the cut end.
