Default Voided Warranty on clutch... need HELP!

So, to start i have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I have 35" Tires and a 2.5" Pro Comp lift.

Long story short, "i shredded my clutch because it fell out of the bell housing" and it was obviously caused by me "offroading because there are scrapes on my rear shock brackets." (im quoting the dealership here).

Mind you, i have not been offroading since tierra del sol and have put 2000 miles on the jeep since with a perfect working clutch.
My jeep only has 3031 miles on it, but my warranty is now refusing to cover the cost for the repairs. i don't have that money laying around and have no idea what to do or if i can even fight this.

Im not sure how a scraped shock will blow my clutch, but that is the apparent logic im getting from Midway Jeep here in Cali.
Guess im just looking for pointers or advise.

Thanks.

Typical dealer trying to screw someone. If I eere you I would find another dealer and see what they say. The dealer doesnt have to pay for any warranty costs. My local dealer said that Chrysler has a insurance policy on things like this. They have a dollar cap before and adjuster has to come out and look at the work needing to be done.

Well apparently someone from Chrysler came out, took pictures and denied my vehicle warranty coverage. so even if i was to back out, ive already been flagged. not sure if i can take it anywhere else at this point.

They just aren't making any sense at this point. My scrapes and the fact that a small chunk is missing out of my tire apparently proves without a reasonable doubt that the clutch shredding to pieces is my fault.

Did you admit that you went off road to them , if not tell them to prove it

You could have got those scratches from a dirt/gravel road which is not close to being consider off Road

That being said, we're kinda screwed as far as clutch options for our 2012's. Only options I know of are $460 centerforce or stock replacement (not much cheaper)

Try a different dealership. I hear bob baker is the better place to go around here.

If not, check out oceanside transmission and ask for Dennis. I had my clutch replaced by them for cheaper then anywhere else, they're customer service is awesome and they're real people. They even do free check ups and tests. Tell them Matt with the green jeep sent you, they should know me. They're also military friendly.

I was taking a freeway exit, stepped on the clutch and the pedal just gave out. it runs but refuses to go into gear anymore. Chrysler told me that they probably flagged my vehicle so they dont know if i can take it anywhere else since they may have put it into the sysyem as my fault.

I plan to talk to the GM of my dealership and get more info out of him or phonenumbers for higher ups above him.
