I got my Cragars and Mickey Thompson tires at Summit Racing:

They were very nice to deal with, had a good price, and shipped promptly.

Tire rack has always done me well for car tires, but they were higher on the off-road tires and didn't have steel wheels. I've purchased wheels, tires, and suspension components for my sports car there with good results and good customer service (had to return a wheel once that took too much lead to balance). They also have a really nice application for seeing different wheels on your vehicle, but won't let you see different sized tires or lifts.

I'm sure there are other places but these are my choices. Summit Racing has ALL sorts of stuff.

For lifts, I'd recommend Northridge 4x4, they are on this forum and give free shipping, which can be a big deal on a big heavy lift kit.

I did the 2.5 inch lift with 33's (285/75/16's actually), and I've been happy with the overall look and ride. I easily could have gone with bigger tires, but this is what I decided on. Good luck to you, and post some pics when complete!
