Thumbs up

Gotta love it, thinking out of the box..
With my 4dr I need the lift just to get a half way decent break over angle for the trails I plan on doing..
The 2Dr would be a lot more forgiving though..but less room...
It's all what kind of cake we all like to eat..
Nice thinking though you can always lift later too..

Looks like the he has the DC-1's from Dick Cepek. My guess when I looked at the DC-1's for my JK the wheel sizes I looke at:

16x8: -12mm offset BS of approx. 4.0 inches
16x10: -25mm offset BS of approx. 4.5 inches
17x9: -12mm offset BS of approx. 4.5 inches

With these BS you won't need to run spacer's the 4.5 BS will keep peek outside the stock fenders and the 4.0 BS will be out about 1/2 to 1 inch outside the stock fenders.

I was just curious as wheel backspacing is gonna affect which flares I get. I'd really like to get the narrow Xenons as I think they look better, but I think even with 4.5" of back spacing, I'll still be sticking out past the flares, and thats still a no-no in PA. I was thinking of going with a 15x8 wheel with 3.75" of backspacing as I know this setup works, and only rubs slightly, and then just sucking it up and going with the wider Xenon's. Then again, I know a couple guys that have been driving around for awhile with their tires sticking out past the flares and havn't gotten harassed by the cops yet. Maybe I'll just risk it.

That is one sweet looking ride. as far as the flex just bump it a couple of inches and you won't rub anything

Does fill with mud easy though

Here is mine, no lift and 35's. No rubbing yet but haven't done any extreme flexing, yet.

Now that I can actually see it, nice jeep Ilovemy08jk! Mines the same color but a 4dr. I just noticed you have the S&B intake, how do you like it? I'm looking at either this one, or AFE's new stage 2 with the fully enclosed box.
