Hey guys -- help me out here...does anyone know who makes the storage rack that they appear to have on the wrong end of the vehicle?I think it would be an awesome tailgating rack on the back of my Jeep for a grill

it is the same type of rack that goes on the back of the vehicle. it was first intended to be a bleeder cage fr hunters after they take down their deer moose etc. but has trans to everyday practices like hauling around an ice chest. I find useless to buy a cage to haul an icechest around on the back of your truck when you could just as easy slide it into the back of the truck and for less money im sure. i have wheels on the bottom of mine and remove it when i go to the beach to fish. i wheel it over near the water and have pole holders around the edge.

Default rack

The only problem is it doesn't fit with the spare tire mounted on back. You either have to remove the tire put rack on or wedge it on. But it works great once its on. I went to the half roof rack fro qaudtrac its easier to deal with.

judging from the giant SURCO banner in the background, I am going out on a limb with my guess that this is a SURCO rack that can be found at their website.

You can get a hitch extension for a few bucks to push the rack back a bit.
