I wish I had a way to turn it off, on gravel roads in mountains it has nearly put me over the edge several times. Switch does nothing can it be disabled.

I did the hokey pokey with the wheel and it worked perfectly for me, only had to do it once. So you can go that route or follow the guy above me, who just said 'waist of time' haha

Yep, super easy to do...took me 15 min. and have love having my "jeep" back to being a Jeep again.

Don't need ESP if your not an idiot going 70 around a turn, don't need ABS with the larger tires cause you'll never get em to lock up anyway, and screw the BAS.

Dumbest things Jeep has added since its inception.

Happy wheelin!

Mine hasn't worked right since day 1. I've had it to different dealers 3 times because the light won't ever go off. I've been told that the sensor is in a bad spot so the light goes on as soon as I think I have it turned off. The one time the system actually worked was on a curving off-ramp/merge lane and it almost sent me into the ditch. I don't know what it is really supposed to help with anyway.

I looked over all the thread links for the "Dance". Several people asked how to reactivate it but never got an answer. How is it reactivated?

to reactivate it you simply do the same steering wheel dance again.

I had no luck with the stupid dance so after 15 or so tries I did the switch, best mod yet!
