Default what gears do i need?

I have a 2011 wrangler unlimited. With a 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires. I am running the stock 3.21 gears. Yeah I know right!!
So 5.13 or 4.88. Is what I was thinking. Suggestions
What gears should I get to replace them. I have a six speed manual tranny. Dana 40 in the rear. 30 Dana in the front.
One more do I need to change the front and rear at same time? Do I even change the front?

What are you going for? Fuel economy or offroad use or a mixture of both? Yes you need to change both the front and rear and you dont HAVE to change both at the same time, but it would be recommended.

Here's the chart

Call up Dave at Northridge4x4. He will set you up with everything you need. Your gunna wanna go with 4.88's and yes do both front and rear together. Besides that I'm jealous you have your lift and tires! Still gotta wait a month or so for mine.

Dana 40 in the rear. 30 Dana in the front.
Dana 30 front, Dana 44 rear.

You will need a new carrier for that d30. (3.73 and up use a different carrier than 3.21's. Should be less that $100 for the carrier).

4.56 will bring you back to 'stock-like' power.
4.88's would be a better choice, as they will give more power at a given speed without affecting mpg's much if any.
5.13's are popular for people that don't spend a lot of time at higher speeds on the freeways. Just depends on your usage and personal preference.

Do you plan on using 4WD? Ever? Than yes, you need to change both.
