Front and rear adj track bars
extended brakelines
longer bumpstops
possibly longer shocks
drag/flip kit or drop pitman and drop bracket for trackbar
you'll definately need front adj lowers, rear uppers if /when you cange the rear ds
you have an unlimited so the rear ds will last awhile, your front, notsomuch.
budget for rest of ca's

Decide that's not good enough and start saving for a longarm / evo coilovers. haha

Why not just run a 1in bodylift and or trim your flares to flatties.

im thinking the 36" tsl which i think is actually 36.8" did he have any tire rub or did he just trim the fenders ? i might get the iroks too not sure which one yet
