Default Whats wrong with this tire????

General Grabber AT2 33/12.50R17 Load range C

I see that they are one of the few tire manufacturers to make an AT tire in the old 33.12.50 configuration and I want the width. I have had and known many people to have many problems with BF Goodrich not bein round or unable to balance without 8,10,12 ounces of wheel weights so even though they make em they are out.

So what do you think of General tires, specifically the AT2??

Let it rip. [/B]

on paper it seems like a good tire, but if they dont balance that will be an issue.

Come on give me some opinions on General tires, wearablility, noise, offroad ability etc..

Was not happy with General tires on the wifes car. I know I know they are a sporty passenger tire not an AT. I will not have General tires. I have the BF Goodrich KOs in 35/12.50/15 and they are a wonderful tire. They have been on a year and no problems. 3 took under 4oz. And the others are under 5oz

Thanks for the opininion! I always used BF Goodrich myself but last time I tried I got two outta 4 tires that needed 8-9 oz's and both were outta round. Got 2 more in to replace those and same problem..............nitto's grapplers are my choice now just don't have a floatation tire..........dang it.
