My 3" teraflex kit should be arriving next week Tires are in 35x12.5x17 Procomp X-terrains. Question is will I need to run wheel spacers on the factory Rubicon rims?? if so what size 1.25" or 1.5"? Also how long should it take the shop to install the teraflex kit??

You will need the wheel spacers to aviod rubbing and retain your stock turning radius. I would recommend the 1.5" spacers, as your stock backspacing is 6.25". This should leave your backspacing at 4.75" after they're installed. Teraflex recommends 4.5" of backspacing for running 35's. It should take your shop about 4 hours to do the install if everything goes correctly. I am currently running this same setup.
