After a hundred or so miles, check torque on the spacers. If you used the Loctite and torqued the lugs to 95 lb/ft, there's almost no possibility that the lugs have loosened. Nonetheless, check them anyway. To check torque, set the torque wrench to 95 lb/ft.

When you install the spacers, be diligent to make sure all lugs are fully torqued. Don't get distracted. Make sure you apply the Loctite provided liberally. Be sure to remove the four installation internal star washers from each stud prior to installing the spacers. In other words, follow the installation instructions to the letter. Project-JK has an excellent tutorial on installing Spidertrax spacers here: Spidertrax Installation

After the initial check, verify torque every time you rotate the tires, or pull off the wheels for other maintenance.

Spidertrax 1.5 torqued to 95lb w/locktite and rechecked after 50mi at around 90lb as not to break the cured locktite.

i forget who...but someone on this forum actually took the spidertrax specs and entered them into a cad program, ran some tests, and figured out that the wheel itself is more likely to fail than the spacer

Why would you need spacers on a new Jeep? Is it just to have your wheels stick out a little from the Jeep body? Thanks!

I have the spidertrax. I put them on initially on stock rims and tires because, lets face it, tires bounce off trees, fender flares come off on trees.

I had some Cooper STTs on Soft 8's and the tires stuck out about an inch. Whenever I got in mud, it rained mud all over my jeep. Tires belong under the fenders to keep from slinging crap all over your jeep.
