Everyone with an 08, I believe it is... The directions clearly state that some model years use all the same size bolts, I even had two left over (obviously). But for mine, I needed to use the slightly larger (2mm larger maybe?) ones in the rear and definitely didn't slide through the pucks.

They threaded through when I put it in the vice with a wrench ratchet, but were not easy to get through once on the rig. Drilling it out is an easy option as its relatively soft compound they are made of, but I just don't think you should need to do that.

I can't imagine that if you supplied 2 pucks with larger holes, but then the person had an 07 that used the smaller bolts in rear, that it would make much/if any difference. The bolt will still be through the puck and torque to 80ft lb...

I just installed this kit on my 2009. It is set up just like the 2008-- the rear bolts are the larger bolts. 2010 ahould be the same. You will cut your install time in half if you could find the washers somewhere like an auto parts store rather than re-use the old ones. Took me FOREVER to get the old washers off. Also, don't forget which washers came from the two rear bolts. Those washers will fit on any bolt, but put them on another bolt and you won't have one to fit the rear bolts...don't ask how I know.

Now, ALL the pucks are drilled out to the larger bolt sizes. 10 pucks, all identical.

It looks like maybe PA has solved the puck/hole issue. My new PA 1" BL also has too larger bolts for the rear, but all puck holes are large enough for the larger bolt. I will install it this weekend on a 2010 unlimited.
