Question Why sooo hard????

Someone has to have an answer and or solving method to the gas pedal feeling so hard to press on the JK. I understand it's electronic so there is no return spring to adjust. Everything sits quietly in that little black box. I feel like I'm driving a 50yr old bus or something. Please help!!!

Mine gets like that too every morning. Just lube it up and pump it a few times. That should do the trick...

I thought I was crazy. My leg muscles hate me after driving the Jeep for 20mins. Thank god for cruise. My wife thinks it feels normal, I think she's got super strength in her calf or something.

Dirty.. lol

Anyway, anyone with a useful response is very welcome. Would switching out to the newer Jeeps units fix this?

This thread actually surprised me, the gas pedal in my '10 feels soft and mushy.
