Default Xrc8 problems!!!!

My Xrc8 wi.ch is only two months old and I have only used it twice. Went to use it today and it does not work at all. The lights on the controller light up but the winch does nothing at all. Called smittybuilt and they had me test the power and control box all seems good but still no moment from the winch any ideas?

Well they are sending new solenoid, control box and free spool lever. To see if any of that fixes it

Me and my buddy both bought xrc8's and his didn't work one day because the wires in the control came loose.

From everything that I've read, they're good about replacing parts on these and customer service.

The winches themselves are made by T-MAX and have earned a respectable reputation. There's a good thread on Pirates 4x4 about them.

Mine is over 2 years old and going strong. A little PB blaster in the lever is all I've needed to keep it working like new.
