Poison Spyder Ricochet Rockers
Does anyone have a set of these on their JK, preferable 2 door. I am in the market for some rocker guards with good protection that also function as a step for my GF.

I had poison spyder's DIY Rico step kit; which is welded to OEM rock rails. Similar to the Ricochet rockers. I found them to be strong as intended, and protected the body from rocks. Although they were kind of high for a useful daily step in my application, especially on a lifted vehicle. I see the ricochet are frame mounted, so the bottom of the pinch weld is the step height, which might help being useful as a step. Overall, poison spyder build quality looks very good, I have several of their products. Just have to decide if you like the step height, which will vary from jeep to jeep depending on modifications.
