Im good either date as well so someone should add a poll or something ill let people on the fj forum know as well.

 

I'm pretty sure I can do either weekend. I am TOTALLY looking forward to meeting everyone. I may even bring another couple who have a Jeep... it's not a JK, not sure what style it is.

So, from the sounds of it, a stock Sahara with a newbie at the wheel can make it on these trails?

Also, what trail necessities do you recommend? I can't afford to go out and buy half of the automotive dept. at Wal-Mart, but I'd like to have the bare necessities, at least.

This will be my first trail run, so you guys can't imagine how excited I am!!

Can we do the 20th than everyone i know you missed the last meeting so it would suck to miss another one. Don't really need anything special tires would be nice, need a spare so if you get a flat youre not straded. A tow strap would also be nice one without a hook. Which reminds me i need to go buy one

 

I'm down for another run, I could also possibly get a CJ and an FJ to tag along, once we decide on a date, Wayland you should caravan out with me and my other two guys (the FJ is actually Tyler Boyed).

20th works for me. I'm home from NH that weekend. Let me know if you want to do some sort of cookout . I have a 120Qt. Marine cooler and a couple of small grills. We can pack it all up on the roof rack. Can't garantee i'll be available the 27th.
