Summer Meet and Greet / Trail Ride

So, Tolland State Forest, Tolland, CT.
Is there somewhere we can all meet just outside of this place... I think I saw the Town Hall mentioned...?
Oh, and while I'm 99% sure of what the answer will be, I have to ask anyways... this is a rain or shine kinda thing, right?
Also, any rules/regs I should know about? I may be bringing a friend who's never gone off-road with a group before, so I want to be sure we're all on the same page.

I'm not 100% yet. I'll probably be bringing the woman along for the ride (I'm trying to get her into the jeep thing too...) so I might be coming up from Rhode Island. If I do leave from MA, though, We can meet up.

I got a midland 100Z, the only place I know of around here that has them is you do it electronics in Nedham higllands, I got mine off of Amazon though, and I'm using a firestik II antenna.
if you want to drop by one day after work i can show you how I set it all up.

For everybody traveling the Mass pike and getting off in Westfield (exit 3), if you want to, you folks can meet me at friendly's, you can't miss it when you get off the exit. We'll depart there about 45 min. before we want to be in Tolland. as for a meeting place in Tolland, I say we meet along West Hartland Rd in Granville. For folks that have been there before. It's the road across from the last exit we used on our last trip, the road that the state forest sign points to. This way we can just zip across the road and hit the trail right away.

im in for the 20th. are we doin the usual, 11am @ town hall?i have a stock X and was there for the fall run and the slick winter run. had no problems except for like 2 or 3 light bottom outs, thats what the skid plates are for. had an absolute blast and cant wait for this run. lookin foward to seein ya'all again.

great sounds like we will have good group, also got a friend coming with a dodge ram with my old mud tires so its really his first time wheeling and hes going to be going slow considering his truck is about 10 years old. Sean ill be down to meet at friendlys or at the town hall doesnt matter.

Ok... I've never been to where we're going... is this Tolland, MA or Tolland, CT??? If anyone has an address i can punch in my GPS, that would be helpful. Stupid Question: Is this place a legal place to wheel all the time? Any special rules or requirements?
