Really excited to have driven home my new Rubicon on Thursday.
For the last 3 years my 92 YJ has served as my DD, so this is quite an upgrade for me. My list of mods is already ridiculous, but I think I'll start simple. My oldest daughter cried when I told her I was thinking about getting a new Jeep. She's 6 and loves riding around and playing in it. When I brought the new one home, she almost immediately forgot about the old one!
My wife and I are going to a friends wedding in Estes Park over July 4th weekend. Now that I have a Jeep that can make the drive, I'm excited to get to run some trails in Colorado.
I've been a watching member of jeepforum for a long time, and am looking forward to becoming more active here at JK, looks to be a friendly forum that's full of awesome information.
Also looking for other families to do some trails with here in central Texas if anyone is interested. Cheers!
