They put the fog lights on the outside of the bumper in Japan and not in the middle like they do in the states?
Looks great have fun.
Get the top and doors off and really enjoy it.

I am looking to get it off! Not too fond of it. How would you modify it if you had it or would you keep it stock?

And the bumper curves up to meet the fenders!!! Thats crazy... I wonder why they would take the time to make it different When I was in Japan I noticed that every car I saw had a GPS standard.

I think the reason for the fog light placement is those longer european license plates. They would cover the lights if left in the stock position.

Maybe its a safety requirement. Our bumpers throw a lot of dirt and debris over the front bumpers where those euro bumpers keep it under the body.

Welcome and congrats on the Jeep. My wife's Japanese and I have been there twice now, and managed to make to Yokohama and to the top of the Yokohama Tower. Awesome place Japan is and I can't wait to go back...hey, maybe you can take me wheeling next time I go there?
