Hello from Colorado Springs/Afghanistan
Hello everyone my name is Jon, I have been creeping on the forum for a few years, and finally decided to join. A little about me, and my Jeeps. I am former military(medically retired), and currently live in Colorado Springs, but lay my head at night in AFG because of work. I have a billet silver 2015 JKUR lifted 4" on 37's with a few goodies(more on the way), and also a 95 YJ on 4" and 33's(first vehicle I owned when I got my drivers license, and is in the process of full rebuild). I hope to be able to make it to more events and outings in the area, but with work, I'm 7500 miles away right now(makes it fun for the wife when I order parts, ans they get staged in my garage at home...)

lol yea, after 5 years of being here for work, i've either gotten used to it, have enough clothes to stay warm, or have completely lost my mind... im thinking the latter of the 3 is true though

Welcome...... I went on a combo trip in 2017 to Moab and Colorado.
Colorado has some bad ass trails too. We went in June and got denied
on Holy Cross because of the snow.

Welcome. My dad lives a bit to the west in Florissant. I'm usually through your area once or twice a year. You ever go run Eagle Rock up there off Gold Camp Road?

I have actually, its probably my favorite for local trails. We even took a friends farm UTV through it one and MT. Baldy one time 2 winters ago(taking the easy lines), talk about even more fun, but COLD!!! Let me know next time you are through there, and if im home, we will hit it up, just be sure to bring a camera, and skid plates, there are some awesome scenery shots up there, but there some some areas that get kinda fun going in!
