New to the forum. Been lurking around and finally joined. Have lots of plans. I have a couple of xj’s (91/96) and my personal 08 jk2d. It is a rhd because it used to be a mail carrier in its previous days but now it has a new purpose in life 😆 What I love about this jeep is that it is the Wrangler X. Very little to no electronics which to me means less hassles. The less the better.

Obviously it did not look like this. So far I did anRC 1.75” suspension lift. Dual steering stabilizers. Mickey Thompson baja legends 33x10.5 on 15” dick cepeck dc2’s that I got from a junk yard while visiting my parents in Fl. They came off a 1989 wrangler, but $30 bucks for all 4 was a steal. New fuel pump, injectors, upper manifold, spark plugs and wires. New front driveshaft and tc linkage. Still have to do some little things here and there but so far so good. It is an automatic and a little weird to drive on the “wrong side” of the car but getting used to it. Always a talking point with people when driving it. Hopefully will be here for a long time.

took off the doors and top yesterday and went for a nice 100mi trip with the boys. Temperature was a nice 82* with a nice breeze. Really had fun.
