Hey everyone, I came across this forum while looking for a forum specific to Jeeps and happened to find this one dedicated to the new Jeep JK I bought yesterday. In my earlier years of driving, I was into sports cars and took me a few years to realize Alaska is not a good place for sports cars. I am not a big fan of trucks or large SUVs, and I really don't like those small SUVs like the Ford Escape. I've always liked the Jeep Wrangler and the rich history behind it. They tend to hold their value very well, at least where I live which made me want one even more. The specific one I bought is a 2012 JK with a little over 11,000 miles. Its definitely a little more peppy compared to the 2002 Chevrolet S10 I was driving. I'm amazed at the amount of aftermarket parts you can get for these things considering the JK hasn't been around for very long. Anyway here is my baby!
