It's been 6 years, but I'm back in a jeep as of this week!
Woohoo! I just bought a decently built 2008 Rubicon 2 door with just shy of 100,000 km.
It came with 35x15 tires, 1.5" Terraflex spring leveling kit, cut flares, trimmed pinch seams, Smittybilt front bumper, X20 10k lb winch, and an AEV ProCal. The only thing that I need is a 5th 35" tire (stock Rubi tire on the gate) and maybe a tire carrier to get weight off the gate. Which means rear bumper, too ;-)
I've started to put my old accessories back on (from my first Jeep, a 2008 Unlimited X that was a perk at a former job). Light brackets already on the windshield, and as soon as I find a switch, the lights are going on too. Following that, I'll be installing my 2m radio and CB again.
It's good to be back in a Jeep!

Thanks Canvas! It's great to be back!
Here's my first jeep, Princess, on the day that she earned her name. It was my first time out wheeling, we got stuck in a mud hole, and I grumbled something about "Come on you damn princess". She grabbed traction, and clawed her way out. The name definitely stuck!

And, of course, a customary clean poser shot of the new Jeep, Ruby the ruby Rubi.
