Jeep long start when hot engine
Sorry I have several threads on difffernet forums so it's hard for me to keep them all updated. I did repalce my injectors along with several other sensors. I installed a fuel pressure gauge on the jeep and left it installed for several weeks. The fuel pressure is dropping down to zero after the engine has been off for a while. However, the jeep will start still instantly if restarted within 5 mins of being turned off, or after a few hours have passed. I do plan to replace the fuel pump soon but I haven't yet. The pressure when running is fine, so I think I just have a check valve failure.

What came of your check valve failure theory? I've been dealing with this cranking issues for several years now and I have never gotten to the bottom of it. I took my car in recently and mechanic couldn't replicate the intermittent cranking problems, but he seems to think the problem lies with the Power Distribution Center. He reached out the dealer and I was quoted ~$2k for a new PDC, but that seems outlandish for a 2016 GC with 112k miles on it. I have zero issues with my Jeep GC besides the intermittent cranking issues, which can be pretty embarrassing at times. Please provide any additional insight on this matter.
I believe it to be an injector leaking by flooding the engine after sitting. Then when it sits overnight the vapors are gone. projectfreetv.onl

That’s not the cause in my situation, I replaced all my injectors and also checked for leaks. I’m pretty sure my pressure is bleeding back into the tank through the pump
I found this thread interesting. I have a 2005 Nissan Titan, and it threw a bad fuel guage code that made me fail emissions in CT. Everything else was fine and no trouble. Turns out the guage sensor is integral to the in tank fuel pump, so I had to change the pump. Ever since, my truck has had this same warm start problem. Never before. I've just been dealing with it, no codes, but didn't start until the fuel pump was changed. I've wondered if it was a pressure issue, but haven't been able to track it down. Though it was worth a mention.
