Jeep Newbie From East Texas
Howdy Y'all!
I'm a jew JK owner from north of Houston, Tx.
I recently picked up a 2007 2 door Rubicon to play around in West Texas with. Been buying some land out there (and selling some), and needed something designed to get around on the off-road "roads" in the area.
My new-to-me Rubicon came pretty kitted out....has some lift, bumpers, winch, lights, etc....with a little over 100k on the clock. A good bit of that, I was told, was from towing the Jeep to Colorado.
I've got a few issues that I'm going to be pecking at as I have time....the turn signal switch is sticky, the AC blower only works when it wants to....minor stuff.
I'm REALLY looking for a replacement console...if anyone has any experience replacing the stock unit. Made a 10 hour trip to Terlingua, and would LOVE to have some better storage and bigger cup holders, LOL!
Anyhow, looking forward to getting to know this new toy, and digging into the wealth of knowledge that I've gotten to lurk through on here thus far.

Welcome to the forum. Not that it matters, but even when you tow these things 4-down, the odometer isn't rolling, so that is actual mileage on the engine.

"4-down" as in all 4 wheels rolling on the pavement behind a motorhome.
