Welcome to JK Forum. As for a good hardtop, not sure, but I'd guess that a used one will be about as cheap as you can get.

Welcome. Around most parts, a used factory black JKU hard top runs $1250 - $1400. There aren't a ton of aftermarket options, and they're gonna cost more. If you like the fastback look, Ghost Tops, DV8, and Smittybilt versions are gonna set you back A LOT more lira, and you don't see them come up as used items often.
