Need help.

I have a 2004 Jeep. Check engine light came on so ran the code it needed a new solenoid pack so I installed it works fine. But now gear shifter is off I can go in to reverse in less I just pass it and then come back to it. Same with drive. I have to just pas any gear that I want to be in. I replaced the shift cable already.

Check to make sure the linkage/cable is adjusted. It may have gotten wonky when you swapped the solenoid or cable.

I already adjusted the linkage at the shifter
