Default New Here

I've got a 2009 JKU, bought new. Getting ready to retire so I have time to play with her now. I have a 2.5 inch lift, 35" wheels, lots of other small stuff. 240k on the clock. 2nd motor under warranty at 140k. We just do light off roading exploring the Oregon coast and back country.
The next mod is brakes. They are due to change and I want to get rid of the drums, changing to disks. I also want to upgrade some to handle the tires better. I have read a lot about possible avenues to take. Putting on a JL setup interests me so if you have done that, I'd like to know what your experience has been and the process. I'm open to all suggestions if there are in the budget.
Look forward to getting to know more Jeepers!

Welcome to both of you.. The Wife or Jeep.. both qualify for just empty every wallet. As for the Brakes; given the cost to convert from rear drums IMO I'd look to improve the Front in prep for larger tires. Good luck.
