New Jeep Owner in Bemidji, MN
Hello there,
I just received a new to me '09 JKU from my mother. I have been a jeep freak for a few years and she loaned me hers just in time for me to start college. Until 2 years ago we ran mostly stock with just a few interior mods like grab handles and floor mats. After a large hail storm that destroyed the hood we took the insurance money and used it to jump start our list of mods.
So far we have
2.5" AEV DualSport XT Lift with Bilstein Shocks
Geometry Correction Kit
Fuel Hostage 17x9 Wheels
BF Goodrich A/T 265x70x17
AEV Heat Reduction Hood
Truck-Lite LED Headlights
Barricade Enhanced Rubi-Rails (Currently Back-ordered)
Over time we are looking to upgrade
33-35" tires
Front and Back bumper
It is a DD so we are keeping the mods modest but it has been and will continue to be used on the occasional off-road adventure.
If anyone knows of any good off-roading spots in Northern Minnesota I'd love to hear about them.
Thanks everyone and Happy Jeepin
