NEW to jk and to AZ.
Hello my names Steve and i just recently moved to Bullhead city from Alaska,i grew up in the upper Peninsula of michigan (Baraga county) lived in Florida for 20 years where i Bred and sold snakes and also bred and showed Rottweilers in the AKC shows . I just bought a used 2007 Wrangler X 2 door rescue green with 13,000 miles-Stock.My Lift will be here tomorrow and i still need to order tires/wheels . I had a 1979 cj7 in Fort myers Florida in 1994 with a high performance 304 dual exhaust,33" tires, it was a nice clean jeep with no rust or problems and i loved it but ended up selling it because my old boss drove it and thought it was to dangerous and told me if i sold it he would buy me a 1994 bmw convertible, what was i to say ? anyone want to buy a jeep,
I managed a business he had in Naples ,he was from Germany and sold it and went back so i moved around some from there.Ended up in Alaska but now am in Arizona the hottest temps in the country and now i want to go back to the U.P. of Michigan-with my jeep, plenty of cool beautiful places to wheel up there ,i prefer the woods, streams, rivers verses the desert, anyway thats me and maybe i rambled on to much and ask stupid questions but i would love to get an older jeep again and learn to do all the work myself as a project

Hey Steve, congrats on the new JK. I hear ya on the heat....I lived in Phx for 11 years and recently moved back to Montana to get away from the 110 degree "dry heat". You will have to roll down to Sedona and hit some red rock with your new toy!!
Welcome and congrats on the JK! From Alaska to Arizona? That is some change. I'm not sure where in AZ you are but north of Tucson there is a trail called Box Canyon, it would be a good way to test out your JK, even stock.
