New Member, Thanks In Advance

Quick question for you guys, Will 17x8.5 Wheels with 35x12.5x17" tires fit on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4door? Any help appreciated.

To run a 35, you'll ideally have 4.5" BS. Most common wheels would be 17x9 in general.

Crap looks like I'm going to have to sell the New Wheels I bought then maybe I should have asked here first before I listened to the guy that sold them to me. So there's no way they will work on the JK right. It's these by the way:

Problem you'll have is really the 5x4.5 bolt pattern. You need a 5x5 pattern. Are you certain the actual ones you have are 5x4.5? If you were in a real pinch and couldn't buy the right bolt pattern, you could use a quality adapter to get by. I'd stick with something like a Spidertrax though. They do make a 5x4.5 to 5x5 adapter, but they look like they're on backorder -

**well, amazon and northridge show having some -

I haven't really had time to mock one up but I did try one of the wheels on the spare tire carrier and it fit and mounted right but I haven't tried it on the actual hub yet.

ah, if it fit the spare, then you must have a 5x5 version and probably just linked the wrong part number above to a 5x4.5 version.

Oh ok, I will have to check the clearance on the BS to see if they will work if not I'll sell them and get the right ones

manufacturers make the same wheel with different offsets, netting different backspacings, so it all just depends on what your BS is on that particular wheel. you can easily measure it on the wheel with a decent length level (piece of wood or something else flat) across the back of the rim and a tape measure. Just google how to measure BS real quick.
