Default Relatively New Jeeper

Hello All ,

My first jeep was a 2019 Jeep JLU, had soooo many issues with it that I had to get rid of it, which let me into my second jeep a 2016 JKR with AEV package and I am loving it. Goals are gonna to be running sand dunes mostly in Michigan, maybe take a trip out west for some rocks, we will see though. yes I need a new fairlead and tires.

Sorry the picture is so large, not sure why, lol.

Welcome to JKF. I'm kinda curious what issues you had with the JLU and what you like about the JKUR better. We don't see many moving that direction. I love my JK still....and it's gonna be 10 years old here in a couple months.

Mine is just JKR, and I like most everything better, I do miss my heated steering wheel but mine is a manual so no cold weather group. I got my JLU at 26k miles and everything before I got it is listed as followed, Glove box handle replaced, the radio replaced, rear main seal replaced, transmission replaced. that was all under 10k miles. Than both visors, the element in the heated steering wheel, the steering box, and it needed repainted due to corrosion in over 19 spots. When they did the repaint the did match my paint very well, it was the Punk'n Edition, so it was a Frankenstein in just the colors of the outside after that. I am thinking there was one or 2 other things, but I cant think of it currently.
