Ordered Mine Today
Hiya Everyone,
I will soon be the proud daddy of an 08 Rubi Unlimited. Was ordered earlier today. The dealership(where I work) told me it should be here end of March or early April. I cant wait. I am pretty much new to offroading, and 4x4 in general. My current vehicle is a 2wd 96 Grand Cherokee(I know 2wd. bought it off of my dad). So any advice on 4x4'n is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site. I ordered mine 12-12-07 and took delivery of a 08 Rubi Unlimited Friday, 1-25-08. Friday was a happy day. Hope yours comes in when expected. There is a wealth of great information on this site. Try using the search function, chances are most of the questions you want to ask have already been answered several times on this site. When in doubt, ask away.

Welcome. If you havn't started yet, create a wish list of what you want to do to your jeep and start looking on here to find answers. Oh, and if you're married, don't let your spouse see the list unless they are into off-raoding as well

Oooooooh! You are gonna love your JK! Welcome to the Forum. We are from Wisconsin originally. We were raised in Baraboo. We moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 1971, guess we will stay. I can't seem to remember where Silver Lake is. Would you mind telling me? We ordered ours Feb. 15th and got it Sept. 19th. The wait was miserable but well worth it. We love ours.

Silver Lake is just across the IL. border in Kenosha county. We moved up here about a year and a half ago from the Lafayette, IN area. It figures I lived just a few miles away from the Badlands in Attica, IN and waited till I moved up here to get my first 4x4.
